Enjoy an unforgettable night of dining and dancing at the Annual Caledonian Ball on Saturday, November 8th, 2025.

TIME: Cocktail reception from 6:00PM; Dinner will be served from 7:00PM
WHERE: Hamilton Princess Hotel, Princess Ballroom
DRESS: Come Dressed to impress! Scottish or formal attire is encouraged.
The event kicks off with a cocktail reception from 6.00pm. You are then piped to your seats and dinner will be served from 7pm, followed by opening remarks before turning the evening over to MC Tony Coogan.
The multi-course dinner will be followed by the Ceilidh portion of the evening (Scottish dancing), with live music from the Bermuda Islands Pipe Band. Afterwards, you can continue to dance the night away with the DJ.
The dances are easily learned on the night (the fun is in the trying!) and the caller is on hand to make sure that everyone is (mostly) going in the right direction. If interested, there will also be a COMPLIMENTARY practice run at the Spanish Point Boat Club on Wednesday before the Ball (Wednesday November 5th from 7pm until 9.30pm). Not only will this show you the basics but it is a great night out in itself!
The Ball is all about having fun while raising money for charity, so there is no need to stress about getting it absolutely right. Whether you’re Scottish, of Scottish heritage, simply love the culture or completely new to this – You WILL have fun!
